Trek 28: Natural High

A new landslide might make climbing south out of the Río Capamaco, as described in the text, more difficult. Alternative routes include turning back at Lagunas Las Perlas, or continuing south from there and attempting to descend east along the next ridge south of the Río Capamaco. (The authors have not yet tried the latter route.) Enquire all details in advance with Charlie or Sarah Nodine at Cabañas Río Yambala, and with Gavin Moore at Caballos Gavilan.
